Lucky Soda Photography – Iowa Wedding Photographers

Hot weather be darned! Last weekend was a scorcher but that didn’t interfere with the photographs you are about to see. Nathan and Tami had us out to document their beautiful day. We kicked things off  at Calvary United Methodist up in Ames for the ceremony and then ended at Hickory Hilltop for the reception. In between we made a stop at the Welch Avenue Station as it was a common spot Nate and Tami met up. Thanks to you both for having us out and congratulations again! Look forward to hanging out some time!

I realized that we’ve not made any official post to show what we offer for product. Sarah and I quickly ordered up an album, a guest book and a custom photo box to share with everyone.  I wanted this to be a simple post with just photographs of the product but I wanted to take a second to explain my thoughts and feelings. I have a passion for not only the product itself but the importance of getting an album. There are a lot of couples today looking to hire a photograher to show up for the ceremony and reception and then just simply provide a disc of digital negatives. There is nothing wrong in going this route. But now that you have the disc what are you going to do with it? I’ve talk to a few couples that the disc is either laying in a drawer somewhere or has been misplaced.

The newlywed life is often so hectic, why not let us do the work for you? Any time you hire us out for albums and design we’ll send the layouts to you for approval before it goes to print. The album company we use is far superior to what is available to the general public. Anything happens to your album, we’ll have it reprinted. Seriously.
