Lucky Soda Photography – Iowa Wedding Photographers

As promised…a quick peak at the next engagement session! We had a great time despite the cold weather yesterday. We warmed up afterwards with a hearty  dinner at the delicious HuHot!  Thanks again for asking us to share these moments with you guys! You guys rocked!

Well, it’s Monday again and we have a fresh batch of engagement pictures in the hopper! At the request of the Chrissy and Jon we took an additional engagement session since the weather has warmed up. We originally had taken a session during the winter when there was fresh snow on the ground. It turned out beautiful, but now with spring in full swing they wanted to do some ‘warmer’ pictures. I thought it was a fantastic idea! The only problem we encountered was the temp topped out at 54 degrees! Brrrr…but we have some amazing shots to share with everyone!

So, in keeping with the tradition I will have a few ‘sneak peaks’ up tonight and hopefully have the whole set complete by the end of the week. The blog content is lacking quite a bit as far as links and the ‘about’ section but I am working on it! Check back often as it fills up!

Here…we….go! First full post on the new blog! Here is a great engagement session shot the beginning of this month. Sometimes with mother nature you just have to roll with the punches and learn to try and get the best out of what she gives you. Especially here in Iowa. Well, we had great weather all day for the event! Beautiful colors at the park, fantastic couple to work with…we just couldn’t get a bad picture if we tried!  I hope you enjoy them as much as we did photographing them.
